At Borthwick Industries, we are committed to delivering quality products and dependable aftercare. This Warranty Policy outlines the coverage provided with your purchase from any authorised Energyser outlet in the world.

 

1. Standard Warranty Coverage

Borthwick Industries include a standard 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.

 

For parts that are not covered by this Warranty, see section 5. Warranty Exclusions.

 

This warranty covers:

- Manufacturing defects

- Faults in materials

- Workmanship issues under normal use

 

2. Extended Warranty (Registration Required)

Customers who register their product with us are eligible for an additional 4-year extended warranty, providing a total of 5 years of coverage.

 

To qualify:

- The product must be registered within a 30 day period following purchase (instructions below).

- Proof of purchase must be retained.

- Registration must be completed through the official Borthwick Industries process.

 

Failure to register within the required timeframe will limit coverage to the standard 1-year warranty.

 

Warranty registration - how to complete

Customers who purchase from energyser.com have the option to create an account at the checkout. If you have done so you can sign in and begin this process from number 4.


1. Log onto energyser.com.

 

2. Go to the Account icon in the top right hand corner of the screen (on mobile this can be found at the bottom of the pop out menu).

 

3. Add your email address and follow the account set up options.

 

4. Once you are signed in, visit the Account area again via the links mentioned.

 

5. At the top of the Account area you will see a box to Register your Energyser unit.

 

6. Fill in your details.

 

7. You can visit the Profile tab within the Account dashboard at any time to see the information you have submitted.

3. Claims Process

All warranty claims must be submitted directly to Borthwick Industries for assessment.

 

Every claim is reviewed and vetted by our team.

 

Supporting documentation, including proof of purchase and product details, may be required.

 

We reserve the right to inspect the product before approving any repair or replacement.

 

4. Repairs and Replacements

All authorised repairs under this warranty will be carried out exclusively by Borthwick Industries or an approved service partner appointed by us.

 

Unauthorised repairs or alterations will void the warranty.

 

At our discretion, we may:

- Repair the product, or

- Replace the product (or relevant component) with an equivalent item

 

5. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover: 

The Energyser array coils are consumable. 

Although we recommend replacing the coils after 25 sessions, under certain circumstances due to conditions outside of our control, they may need to be replaced sooner due to heavier corrosion. Factors that contribute to this are:

 

- Over salting or using the incorrect type of salt

- An inadequate water level in the foot spa

- Excessive minerals and contaminants in the water supply

- Incorrect cleaning and storage between sessions

 

These may result in coil failure or breakage however no damage will be caused to the machine.

Usage/Damage

- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper installation

- Damage caused by using non-genuine Energyser parts

- Normal wear and tear

- Accidental damage

- Unauthorised modifications, tampering or repairs

- Damage resulting from external causes beyond our control

 

6. Additional Information

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

 

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
